3. M for Living In

In the third Suite we find words in the shape of architecture and architecture in the shape of words. In particular the modern avant-garde movement was nterested by the abstract character of the letter and suggested fusions between architecture and typography, between spaces and words.

In Fortunato Depero’s “architettura tipografica” or Mass Studies‘ pavilion of the Shanghai Expo 2010 we can immerse ourselves in the thickness of the letters.
